Chapter Two brings the methodology of Creative Wellbeing to life through three immersive foundational playshops - Opening the Circle, The Expressive Arts: A Multimodal Path to Wellbeing and Harvesting the Light: An Introduction to Positive Psychology. Each blends hands-on creativity with research-backed practices, offering a playful, embodied path to self-awareness and connection. A consistent arc - check-in, exploration, sharing, reflection - shapes each playshop, building a vibrant, supportive community. These experiences activate key findings in neuroscience and psychology: storytelling increases oxytocin and empathy; expressive writing and drawing reduce cortisol and improve emotional regulation; and strength-based reflection enhances resilience and wellbeing.
